Our Story
About Us
Founded by childhood friends Peter Crocombe and Sam Foster, the Cultured Nudgers was born out of two boys’ ambitions to play in the Ryder Cup. Due to pursuing jobs in the ’real world’ (and a lack of the required golfing talent), the dream seemed over... That was until they realised there were several other dreamers in the same boat as them.
So, they set up a society to try and bring everyday professionals as close to their boyhood dreams as possible.

Our Mission
"REDEFINING EXCELLENCE"
We've created a community of likeminded, brilliant individuals who share a love of sport and the joy it brings to our lives. We like to think we've got the balance right between playing hard and loving a bit of needle on the course but more importantly, laughing and socialising off it. As amateurs, we play for fun and that's what we make it.
Our golf is patchy at best, but we control the controllables. That's why for everything apart from our golf game, we aim to redefine excellence.
The heart of this definition is best found in our invite only annual flagship tour. With a breadth of professional experience in the sports and events industries in our ranks, no stone is left unturned in the preparation and execution of what is quite simply the greatest golf tour on the planet. From impeccable personalised kit to official Tour Brochures, from Opening Ceremonies to official Tour Films, every element is carefully considered as the Nudgers light up some of Europe's leading golfing venues.
It doesn't end at a tour. We're thinking big and our annual calendar continues to grow with fixtures, friendly competitions, social events and other sports. We want to spread the Nudgers philosophy and share the joy.
